I became a certified personal trainer in 2000 and began my career as a personal trainer running my own business in 2001 and have never looked back. My professional experience to this date comes from a lifetime of varied sporting experiences and achievements, thousands of satisfied individual personal training clients, thousands of group training sessions instructed and having worked with dozens of different corporate organisations in both Australia and the UK to work successfully towards their individual company targets and goals.
Over my first 10 years as a personal trainer I wanted to learn as much as possible about nutrition, health and fitness and have studied a wide range of certifications, workshops and training courses both here and overseas from some of the most highly regarded coaches and specialists within the industry including:
In 2011 I first came across Metabolic Precision (MP).
